Q: I’m concerned that the materials used may not be safe, I have small children, should I be concerned?
A: We understand your concern, your children should be your top priority, but you can be assured that our standards for client safety are of the utmost importance to us. For this very reason we ensure that the materials we use are used properly – both in concentration and in placement – and regularly train our technicians. Proper use of our materials is our first line of protection, but beyond that most people do not have allergic reactions to our materials, so if you’re concerned about a sensitivity we suggest speaking with a physician.
Q: I’ve been seeing saw dust in my basement, do I have termites?
A: Typically you would not see saw dust type material if you had a termite infestation, this is generally indicitative of carpenter ants. For more information feel free to call our office or contact us here.
Q: I’m not selling my home, but I suspect I may have termites, do I need to have a company treat them or can I do it myself?
A: If you believe you have termites our first suggestion would be for you to call our office so that we can talk to you about what you are seeing. Termites need to be treated by a pest control operator.
